State Mandate for Insurance Coverage of Fertility Services

 

Insurance companies must offer employers the option of providing coverage of the diagnosis and treatment (medications and surgery) of both male and female infertility problems.  However, employers do not have to choose a plan for their employees that covers infertility services.
